This is a photo of a dinner my husband made – grassfed beef liver and onions served with steamed broccoli and sweet potato/acorn squash mash. It was yummy. 4oz of it was really filling to eat! And for the record I ate about half of this serving of sweetpotato/squash mash. This was my hubby’s plate! 😉 We used coconut oil to “dress” our sweet potato and cooked the broccoli in the oven on a tray after tossing it in some pure fresh squeezed orange juice (only about 2tbsp), and some olive oil and spices. It is my new favourite way to cook broccoli without having to worry about them going soggy from steaming.
