It’s All About Preparation – It’s All About Gettin’ Ready

So the key to being successful with a paleo lifestyle (arguably any healthy lifestyle) is having the ability to be organized and plan ahead. One thing I have learned is that it doesn’t take a lot of ingredients to make something yummy.

This is a simple breakfast that I love – beef bacon that we bought at Fresh From The Farm,  some cantaloupe and scrambled eggs with onion and bell peppers.

Another handy item are some good paleo snacks. Often having a snack at that key moment of hunger can help me from making some stupid food decisions. I like to organize this emergency mix which basically contains nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and grass fed beef jerky. Everyday Paleo calls this Emergency Mix and has a recipe in her latest cook book.
