Primal Jambalaya

I made primal jambalaya loosely following this recipe.  I used elk sausage in my recipe and substituted zucchini for bell pepper, but otherwise was true to this one. I sometimes add a bit of almond flour at the end about 20 minutes before serving to help thicken it if necessary. My crockpot is so essential. It is great throwing a bunch of foods into a crockpot and then coming home to an amazing meal.
