Bent-Over Row
5 reps @ 35#, 45#, 55#, 65#, 75#


Combo: 15 Minute Course:
5 One-Leg KB Deadlift (per side) using 24kg kettlebell
Walk on All Fours (alternated bear, monkey and crab)
5 Standing Jumps (alternated plate to plate and with jump stands – 2ft takeoff)
10 Box Jumps (24″ box)
10 Toes to Bar (on branch swing)

Great vibe at Strengthbox today. This workout was exactly what I needed to unwind from my hectic day. The goal is Tuesday and Thursdays at my favourite gym. In between I will be training for kettle bell and doing Steve Maxwell mobility.
